I love asparagus and eggs. Together, they create the perfect pairing!

Spring is definitely here! When I see strawberries, asparagus, agretti/ Barba di Frate (a typical Italian vegetable from the spinach family) at the market, I feel the energy spreading in my veins. The cold weather is over and it’s time to dry my bones under the tepid spring sun.
